Mezcal Negroni

Entropia 22 Mezcal

1 oz Sweet Vermouth

1 oz Campari

Granish:
Athick orange peel

Ingredients
- 1 oz Entropía 22 Mezcal
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- Garnish:A thick orange peel (Grapefruit peel also works exceptionally well with Mezcal)
Instructions
- 1. Chill your glass: Place a rocks glass (lowball) in the freezer for a few minutes or fill it with ice while you prep.
- 2. Add the Entropía 22 Mezcal, Campari, and Sweet Vermouth into a mixing glass filled with plenty of ice.
- 3. Stir gently with a long spoon for about 15 to 20 seconds. Stir to maintain a silky, crystal-clear texture without adding air bubbles or over-diluting.
- 4. Strain the mixture into your chilled rocks glass over one large ice cube (this melts slower and keeps the drink from getting watery).
- 5. Express & Garnish: Twist the orange peel over the glass to express the aromatic oils, rub the peel along the rim, and drop it in.
