1.5 oz Pineapple Juice (Fresh is non-negotiable here!)
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup (Or Agave Nectar if you want to double down on the agave vibe)
2 dashes Orange Bitters (Optional, for that cinnamon/allspice kick)
Instructions
1. Combine: Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.
2. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the shaker is frosty. This creates that signature foam from the pineapple juice.
3. Strain into a rocks glass or a mug filled with crushed ice.
4. Garnish: This is Mule, so go big. A pineapple wedge, a sprig of mint (slap it first to release the oils), and maybe a dusting of chili powder or Tajín on the pineapple for a spicy contrast.
