Entropía 22 Cupreata is a 700 ml artisanal mezcal crafted from 9-year-old agave, offering a perfectly balanced profile at 40 ABV. Produced using traditional methods—earth pit roasting, wooden fermentation, and double distillation—this mezcal reveals wood, tangerine, herbal notes, with a pinch of mint. Agave Cupreata is less smoky than Espadín. With its notes of wood, fruits, and herbs, it stands up perfectly to succulent, fatty meats. Its floral notes dance beautifully with cheeses and Jamón Ibérico or Prosciutto.
